Introduced the Constitution Amendment Bill, 2022, amendment to article 124, 217 & 222 etc. in RS.

Introduced a Bill in the Rajya Sabha, yesterday, to re-constitute the National Judicial Appointments Commission after paying due consideration to the Hon. SC judgment that struck it down. Transparency in judicial appointments and transfers is a requirement in any robust democracy.
