I visited the ghat of legendary international leader and  the architect/founder of independent Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev in Alley of Honour at Baku and paid my tributes. Mr. Heydar Aliyev was one of the most popular leaders of Azerbaijanis.

I was on a visit to Azerbaijan as a part of Indian Parliamentary delegation to participate in the Centenary Celebrations of Baku’s liberation. During this visit we paid our respects to the legend Heydar Aliyev.
