Spoke in Rajya Sabha today during Zero Hour on Drug Menace in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. With the recent seizures of psychotropic drugs in huge quantities from a cartel of drug traffickers and peddlers in Hyderabad, shocking details were out like as to what  extent of its  abuse spread among film celebrities, youth and school going children. I request the Govt. of India to come to the rescue of Two Telugu speaking States in helping them to check this menace.
