Questioned WCD Minister Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani on why between 2016-19, about 79% of the Rs. 447 crores allocated for Beti Bachao Beti Padao had been spent on Media Advocacy. We need more targeted spending towards the needy in women welfare schemes.
