Participating in the discussion on International Women’s Day in Rajya Sabha today

Participating in the discussion on International Women’s Day in Rajya Sabha today, I raised few important issues of women of our country, like the need to provide reservation for women in legislative bodies, prevalence of dowry system and rampant practice of female infanticide by way of sex determination tests and urged upon the govt. to find more effective ways to address these issues.
