Indian Parliamentary delegation which visited Baku recently have found a great friend and well wisher in Mr. Rufat Guliyev, Member of National Assembly of Azerbaijan. Mr. Guliyev was a perfect host. He gave us a very warm welcome. He explained us about the history, culture, traditions of his country. He also hosted Hi-tea in honour of Indian delegation. He is a very active, impressive and effective leader. We wish to host him in India soon. It was indeed a great pleasure in meeting a wonderful personality like Mr. Guliyev.
