I raised the issue of 16 deaths of tribals in Chaparayi village of East Godavari district

During Question Hour in Rajya Sabha today, i raised the issue of 16 deaths of tribals in Chaparayi village of East Godavari district due to water contamination. The inadequate and poor health care system in agency areas is repeatedly failing  in tackling the outbreak of seasonal diseases. Thus leading to number of casualties among tribal population who has no access to health care, food, education and basic necessities. I have asked the Tribal Affairs minister Sri Jual Oram as to why he is not able to convince AP Govt to setup a Tribal Advisory Council, mandated under Constitution of India.
