During the debate on Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2023, I emphasised that there is a need to undertake a similar exercise of decriminalising minor offenses in State laws in a massive way to make Ease of Living for citizens and Ease of Doing Business for Commercial establishment.
