Discussion over passing of Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill

Participated in the discussion over passing of Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill today in Rajya Sabha. I put forwarded my observations on the present scenario of alarming rise in NPAs of Banks and made few suggestions to Govt. in this regard.
