Wrote to Chairman, Rajya Sabha and Vice President Hon’ble Sri M. Venkaiah Naidu garu today requesting him to initiate proceedings for breach of privilege against the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri Chandrababu Naidu as per Rule 187 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Council of States for committing breach of privilege in a series of speeches the CM made against me on the floor of Legislature and also in public interactions.
